Extract from "Secret Code of Life" - Chi Art Painting by Chi-Jen Liu   As the Lunar New Year approaches on January 23, 2012, it is helpful to know what is in store so that you can organize your plans and be better prepared for reaching your goals.

In celebration of the Year of the Dragon, it is fun to see an overview of what’s to come for each of the zodiac signs. Remember, your zodiac sign is based on your lunar year of birth. Those born in January or February may actually belong to the prior year’s zodiac.

Snake (1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001)
The charming Snake glows with love.

The sun shines on the Snake in 2012. It is a year of many blessings and you will be embraced by happiness and love. Your reputation and scholarship make you feel like a powerful magnet, attracting opportunity and benefactors. Positive love relationships also come knocking at your door. When it comes to love affairs, stubborn single Snake persons may create stress instead of bliss. Married Snake persons enjoy memorable celebrations and reunions with loved ones. Snake persons have more reasons for spending and enjoying their wealth in 2012. Consequently, they need to be proactive by going out, making connections, and traveling to enhance their income. Being passive and staying in one place limits your wealth potential.

To keep this year in your favor, be true to yourself, yet know when sugarcoated words are more effective than direct bluntness. Snake persons must be selective in their friendships to avoid bad

influence, trouble, or being taken advantage of. Minimize time spent with those born in the year of the Pig, Tiger, and Monkey.

"Secret Code of Life" - Chi Art Painting by Chi-Jen Liu

"Secret Code of Life" byChi-Jen Liu, 2006

The promoting element for Snakes this year is wood. Wear more aqua and fresh green colors. Custom-designed crystal jewelry such as bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and earrings can be made out of aquamarine, peridot, jade, malachite, lapis, and turquoise to promote you. Personalization of the jewelry is based on your birth chart and can greatly enhance your energies. The phoenix and the ox, which are symbols for reputation and harvesting good results respectively, can be placed in your home or office. The Chi Art, "Ox Protection" contains mantra charms for attracting positive energies and releasing defeating energies.

Please note all recommendations are based on general zodiac energies. For a personalized and more accurate guide, contact Jenny Liu (626) 272-4901 for a Zi Wei Do Shu birth chart analysis based on your day, month, year, and time of birth.
