Ingez Rameau, Actress and Writer

Please tell our readers a little bit about yourself. I am an actress, but have also worked as a Pilates instructor, massage therapist and legal secretary, among other things. As far back as I can remember, the arts, acting and healing have been my passion. I have had my share of successes as an actress but throughout it all, I've experienced a lack of forward movement. It's as if a fire cracker has been shot into the air but it fades away just before opening to its sparkle.

How did you come to know about feng shui and Jenny?I was first introduced to feng shui about 15 years ago at a seminar and was immediately intrigued. I started to apply what I had learned to my home and immediately felt the positive energy and a sense of well being. But, it was obvious to me that there was more to it than met the eye. An acquaintance, whom I admired, told me of Jenny Liu and the positive effect she had in her life, gave me Jenny's card and I tucked it away planning to contact her at some future date. I went about my day-to-day business - working in offices, auditioning, starting to write a play - but whatever I did, nothing seemed to quite pan out. It certainly wasn't for lack of hard work or being diligent. A project would come along, appear to take off and then just fizzle away. After a number of years, I finally pulled out Jenny's card and called her.

Can you tell us about your experience with the feng shui consultation and birth chart reading? From the moment I met Jenny, I was instantly captured by her energy, soul, and her genuine desire to help and guide. The birth chart readings for me and my husband were amazingly accurate and she reinforced our understanding of positive areas, as well as pointing out areas which needed to be strengthened. Jenny then meticulously checked out our apartment - room by room - and gave us detailed suggestions of the adjustments to be made in order to shift the energy which was stuck - and there was a lot of stuck energy!

After making the feng shui adjustments, what kind of impact did it have on you?As soon as the adjustments were made, I felt the impact. A few weeks later, I began finishing my play BURN, found a director who shared my vision and an investor to back my one-woman show. The audience responses and reviews were overwhelmingly positive and touching. Helpful people have consistently materialized themselves in my life. I booked a national commercial and am starting to write a book upon the urging of some of the people who saw my play. My own energy has shifted and I feel calmer and more hopeful about the future. Every day I marvel at how things just "happen to fall into place" in my life.

What is the inspiration and message of your play? The message of BURN is that no matter what your circumstances, you don't have to become your circumstances.

How can you tell when you've seen a great play? For me a great play is when it moves you; when no matter what the story is, it transcends and reaches the audience on a personal, identifiable level; when the audience leaves the theater and continues to be affected by the play long after.

Is there anything else you would like to share with our readers?I feel there is always a way out of the darkness, out of a "stuck" spot, and Jenny is giving me, with warmth, kindness and caring, the key to the next level. Thank you, Jenny.
